This was the perfect stay for what I needed. The location was great, the listing was accurate & thorough and the communication was spot on.

I’m hoping they’re available when I come back to STL. If anyone is looking to stay somewhere without the stress of the interior or exterior of a place COME HERE!

The apartment is located in the Central West End near the Metrolink - lots of stuff to do! The building is nice and the staff was responsive.

This location and unit are of great value. The unit was clean and very spacious, but barebones with worn furnishings. I've stayed at several Airbnb properties in the past, but this was my first time as a guest of a "company" rather than an individual Airbnb owner. That made for a very different experience in several ways, but I would still consider this unit again in the future. One of the biggest challenges is that while there is always someone to message with any issues, the person on the other end of the message doesn't have direct answers. We had 3 minor issues arise during our stay and needed to reach them for information, but it was not helpful. Be aware the listing lists coffee, but this is a French press, a grinder, and a random bag of open, stale beans. Not the most useful for the casual coffee drinker. Also, street parking was pretty easy to find, but my registration tabs were stolen off of my license plates during my stay, so I would recommend finding a secured garage.

The apartment was very beautiful. Definitely worth the money. Felt very central to many st louis attractions. There were a few footprints in some of the flooring but it was very minimal.
