Peu ou pas d'instruction quant à la manière d'ouvrir les portes avec codes (ailleurs, nous avons trouvé les mêmes appareils mais ils s'utilisaient différemment).
La terrasse était couverte de feuilles, j'ai dû nettoyer pour qu'elle soit utilisable. Les portes de la terrasse semblaient mal chevillées donc difficiles à ouvrir. Le ponton ne s'ouvrait pas et des clous en évidence pouvaient blesser. On a dû contourner la barrière par les buissons pour y accéder.
La communication a été rapide seulement deux fois: pour nous dire laconiquement à 9h30 qu'à 10h on devait être parti, sinon chaque heure supplémentaire coûtait 65$, et pour nous noter. Le reste du temps, à chaque fois que je lui écrivais cela prenait bien plus d'une journée pour avoir une réponse sur des choses aussi importantes que la sécurité. Absence de chaleur humaine: la réponse a été un site Youtube!
