Wonderful place. Great communication from Mgmt team. Owner needs to put little $ into repairing downed blinds, cracked freezer drawers. Bunk rooms are just the beds and no luggage, drawers or hanging space so make sure they have a place to place luggage.
Pool/Spa heated up nicely in Jan, great location. You can park 8 cars if necessary. 6 seat golf cart was great. Did not use bikes but they appeared ready to ride.

Caspian Blue fully met our expectations. We have stayed in the Magnolia Cottages neighborhood before so we knew it was peaceful and convenient, but the location of Caspian Blue was the most private backing up to the beautiful state park. We had a lot of family coming and going and everyone always had a bed. The kitchen, dining and living area accommodated all of us and our guests for Thanksgiving Day, along with the wrap around porch which allowed for extra seating. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed along with a large pantry. The bathrooms are particularly nice and were very clean. Overall, Caspian Blue is extremely comfortable with beautiful decor. We will probably come stay again next year! Oh - and plenty of parking!

30A Beach is the best management company I have ever worked with. They were proactive in all instructions before check-in and responded within minutes when I had a question. The house was in great condition and everything was clean. They leave plenty of toilet paper, dish soap etc. You will have an enjoyable and stress free vacation with 30a beach.

Best 30A rental so far. The home was equipped with everything and more we could have needed for a week at the beach during thanksgiving. Our family of 8 throughly enjoyed our stay and will be back to this area and neighborhood. The PlayStation was a life saver with 4 teen boys in the house. Thank you to the owners and 30A beach girls for the welcome packs that started our vacation off in a great way.
