The house was beautiful. Everything we needed was available. The pool is small but nice to hang out in or float on a raft. Had plenty of pool and beach toys and chairs to use. The golf cart is also very nice and large. I would stay at this house again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The kitchen was very well stocked as far as cooking utensils and plates/glasses/utensils. The beds were very comfortable, and the place was very clean. The neighborhood is lovely and great for runs/walks. It’s not on the beach, but it’s relatively close via bike/walk or golf cart ride, so don’t let it β€œnot being on the beach” deter you. We would definitely return!

Great short trip over spring break for our family! The beaches of 30A are amazing and so innovative and unique. the weather in early March was dissapointing, but we were working with college schedules. One nice beach day, however, the beach was crowded! I mean like Jersey shore in July crowded! You couldn't fit a toothpick in between groups. About 100 feet to our right was another Beach that was completely empty but only opened to other homeowners. It was difficult picking a place without knowing how the beach and access will be. The access was very close but too many people--I'm sure spring breakers like us were the cause
House was perfect-- clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of space!
Enjoyed the house, shops, restaurants and whole atmosphere!

The house is in a great location. It has a nice kitchen, living room, dining area. The bedrooms are lovely and the beds are comfortable.
