Great stay! It was very convenient at the stay was very walkable with interconnected bridges that leads to MGM Grand and the Strip. Free valet parking that’s very convenient. However, just keep in mind that daily housekeeping is not included.

The only issue was the jacuzzi jets we could not get them to work. We told Airbnb and front desk. They say they sent some to our room at 10am while we were gone and tested the jets and said they were in working order and that the tub needed to be filled more. We did fill the tub 6" over the jets like instructed on the first night. However the second night we did not know someone came into the room at 10am to test. We found out only after we checked out. The second night Airbnb did notify us in the app communications the tub was checked but didn't really explain that additional water was needed to fill the tub.
We also asked for maid service on the second day, but didn't get it. We came to the conclusion the room is owned by a private individual and not the hotel so the room is cleaned after you leave. The hotel did bring us fresh towels and did offer us maid service but we were back in our room and declined the maid service.
Other than that it was a nice room.

The Host responded right away to my questions and was very informative about the suite and check-in process. I liked how there was privacy to the room as it was still walkable to the main MGM and strip but still further away for privacy.
The complimentary valet service was great but they should provide the specific hours for valet service. We came back to our suite late that valet service was not available.
Also, security needs to do a better job at making sure all guests show their room key before entering elevator. There was one person that entered the elevator without a room key.
