It was just myself and my wife in our '70's. Place was clean, kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable and cozy. Tho not immediately evident to us, the place is well located to downtown, the river, and other walking trails.

Our stay at Blue Bird was three nights in total. We used only the king bedroom but the pillows and bedding were very comfortable. The house and neighborhood are very quiet but nearly too quiet for the sporadic loud vehicles on the nearby very 97 Parkway. I’m not a light sleeper but would have benefitted from a noise machine or box fan.
The other big amenity we got a lot of use out of was the hot tub, which was great after snowboarding. Overall a very nice stay and would stay again.
