Our New Year Eve journey went very well, the house fits the description and we had space to install the entire family (3 kids and a dog). Very good noise isolation, no problem to sleep, temperature inside the house is flexible and easy to pick. Bathroom and kitchen have good temperature for the water, frig is large one. The location is perfect, the stores near the house have everything you need, we have cooked during the evenings and eat in London during the day. For our 5 days stay, the best option to London is the Central Line from South Ruslip (5 minutes walk from the house) with a pay as you go card (two kids out of three are less then 11).

Great space for family gatherings due to its many spacious bedrooms but the
house and most of its contents are a little tired.
Some bathrooms have signs of mould, microwave was filthy & had evidence of being on fire.
Lots of clusters of cobwebs (eg go to the back door and look up.)
The bin in the back garden was over flowing with bagged rubbish and an area was littered with cigarette dimps.
One or two glasses had chips on the mouth area.
Communication to start with was extremely poor (a reply was received after 3rd request which was weeks after the original question) Also had a problem with the ovens; communication then was prompt. Though the issue was the fuse socket and is likely a health & safety issue because it’s damaged and loose on the wall. Once we had vacated we realised our granddaughter had left a piece of her cooking set behind; communication was quite prompt.
We had also left 10 unused scratch cards in the kitchen cupboard; communication is zero from Aaron to date!

Perfect environment, extremely lovely house. The instructions to get in and use the amenities were very detailed and this made the whole stay lovely. Only one bus was needed to get from the house to central London which was really helpful to save transports costs. There were no problems reaching Aaron throughout our stay.
