House is great. Nice layout, very well equipped to cook meals and the pool and hot tub were perfect. Great location as well - across the street from a park and three minute walk to the main drag of 12 South with restaurants galore. Great communication from manager as well. Highly recommend.

The house is in a great location. It is walkable to restaurants, retail, yoga, Pilates and a park. I was not aware that the property manager would stop by the house everyday. She came into the house and interacted with myself and house guests. She was very nice though I felt it was an invasion of privacy and a distribution to our day.
