It's important to note that most of the bedrooms are located outside the main house (accessible from an outside patio, but still within the gated property). This could be an issue for families with young kids but our group enjoyed the privacy. It's also critical to have a rental car for this property, as it's located up an incredibly steep hill (not walkable).
The bedrooms are incredibly comfortable and spacious. The outdoor area is absolutely beautiful from the infinity pool to the succulent and fruit orchard below. The views are amazing. And the staff could not be nicer. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for casual luxury in a perfect setting.
A few housekeeping notes:
1. We had hoped to find a local chef to handle dinners each night but the only option was a relatively expensive catering service. Their food was tasty but without lots of choices. So we used them three nights and went out the others.
2. The roads to the property are narrow and windy so have a car and be prepared to relax and drive slowly.
3. The owner and her staff are wonderful, kind, generous people. Treat this nirvana as you would your own home and you'll enjoy.
