Great house, huge bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and lovely yard.
Be advised you will have to pay separately for energy usage, we were there 4 days (3 people) at minimal usage and it was 100 euros additional cost.

My wife and I came here for our anniversary and we are so glad we chose to come here. This was the most amazing stay we have ever had. The pictures aren’t even close to the pure beauty of the home and surroundings. We were in shock and awe waking up every morning in that beautiful home. The location is perfect. It’s a nice and private area and a really short drive to the medieval town San Gimignano. Alessio greeted us and showed us the house when we first arrived and not only gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to do, but he even reserved tables for us at nice restaurants and helped us find the perfect wine tour guide for the area. This is definitely the best Airbnb we have ever had and if we come to Tuscany in the future, we will definitely stay here again.

We had a magic stay here, the house was incredibly beautiful, clean and warm, and the hot tub was an extra luxury! San Gimignano is beautiful and a perfect base to stay and explore Tuscany from.
