Le logement est propre tres bien équipé. Bonne situation la plage est à 2 pas..Saint Cast est trés beau.
Cependant pour une location hivernale l'appartement est difficile à chauffer à moins de mettre les thermostats à 21 degrés.
Comme l'electricité et l'eau sont en plus cela peu rendre la location plus onéreuse que la moyenne.
Points positifs : le logement est propre et tres bien équipé notamment dans le coin cuisine.
L'accueil par l'agence a été excellent.

Une très belle maison, confortable et chaleureuse, très bien placée à proximité de la promenade de bord de mer et du centre bourg. La vue est un vrai bonheur, l'environnement est très calme.
Pas de possibilité de se garer dans la rue, ni dans la propriété (compter une centaine de mètres pour les places les plus proches).

Vue de l’appartement magnifique. Appartement très agréable dans un immeuble atypique art-déco, au calme et à 15 minute à pieds du centre de St Cast. Balades nombreuses et superbes. Bons restaurants. Commerçants sympathiques.
