Cependant pour une location hivernale l'appartement est difficile à chauffer à moins de mettre les thermostats à 21 degrés.
Comme l'electricité et l'eau sont en plus cela peu rendre la location plus onéreuse que la moyenne.
Points positifs : le logement est propre et tres bien équipé notamment dans le coin cuisine.
L'accueil par l'agence a été excellent.
Pas de possibilité de se garer dans la rue, ni dans la propriété (compter une centaine de mètres pour les places les plus proches).
