L’appartement est parfaitement adapté à un couple avec enfant en terme de taille et très bien équipé avec même des guides, des BD, DVD et jeux. Tout semble quasiment neuf.
Petit bémol concernant l’isolation phonique : l’appartement voisin étant également loué en courte durée, les bruits de voisinage...
L’emplacement est néanmoins moins bien situé que dans l’annonce.. nous avions loué des vélos pour la semaine, mais le centre de Sarzeau est à 20 minutes en vélo et pour les plages il fallait y aller en voiture avec des enfants....
