The agent who helped me with check in was extremely kind. My luggage was lost and I was delayed getting to our agreed check in time, so she messaged me very clear check in instructions. She also offered to help with locating my luggage which was above and beyond. The apartment itself was great, my only complaint is the location. It is extremely noisy, especially at night. So if you’re wanting to get some good, undisrupted sleep, I would recommend sleeping headphones or earplugs. The stairwell into the apartment is also very dirty and was a bit unsettling since I was completely unaware of it. As a young female solo traveler, it did make me feel a bit unsafe at first due to the outside conditions of the apartment. After the first night, I knew it was in fact safe but I still wish there was more disclosure about getting into the apartment itself.
