D'autre part, il me semble important d'indiquer qu'il est en rez-de-chaussée sur une rue très passante : cela ne gêne pas le sommeil car la chambre est côté cour, mais cela rend la possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre limitée.
Dans l'ensemble, cet appartement est assez atypique (gros vis à vis de la fenêtre de la chambre sur l'appartement en face, par exemple) mais il a été aménagé au mieux et son rapport qualité-prix étant donné son emplacement idéal est bon.
