Cons: I was unfortunate with the check-in and had to wait one hour (which felt like a nightmare after a sleepless flight at night). The apartment has two balconies however one is not accessible and the door handle of the second is malfunctioning so it gets pretty loud (car noises from the highway). Sadly there was some trash left in the wardrobe from the previous tenant which was not great. You can spot mold growing in the bathroom. No trash bags, dishwasher soap/sponge has been made available which was slightly inconvenient considering a one month long stay.
