The check-in process lacked sufficient information; we received little guidance regarding the local shuttle, ski valet services, housekeeping schedules, pool hours, or even a hotel map. This was my first experience with an Airbnb host who heavily relied on hotel staff for information; consequently, we lacked readily available support. However, the location, cleanliness, and comfort were exceptional, and we will certainly return.
