The flat was great for our trip. The front bedroom does get a little noisy on weekend nights but if you are there to enjoy the nightlife, it is not a problem. the location was amazing. so close to the train station and team spots. we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go.

Great stay - needed to move here abruptly when another Airbnb had heating/plumbing issues and the whole process was extremely smooth. Key to get into the building can be a bit sticky so you need to jiggle a few times.
Stayed as a solo female traveller and felt very safe on the property & the area in general.
