The place was well located for the town and the football ground which was ideal for us. Maybe I didn’t read the instructions properly but found it difficult to find the key safe. Had to ask someone else who had the same issue at another flat in the development. Flat was clean and warm. Would have been nice to have had a welcome pack of coffee or milk left but not a big deal. As we were only staying 1 night we weren’t going to buy coffee or tea for 1 day. Didn’t really notice the road noise as has been mentioned in another review. Would stay again for football or racing as pretty close to both. All in all a pretty good stay. There were plenty of emails but too many for me and some contradiction regarding where to leave the key on check out but again nothing major.

Great location especially if you’re in Doncaster for the Track or Dome. Lots of parking options, bed + sofa bed were comfortable, nice kitchen area if you fancy cooking but lots of eating options 4-5 min walk from the front door.
