Just two things I would note: there is no air conditioning or fans and so for a beach residents facing the direction of the sun it was extremely hot to sleep especially with kids....
It was a great location with walking distance to the golf club for brekky in the morning and lunch/ dinner at night. Just across from Mollymook Beach. I would definitely stay here again.
