We stayed with another family over new year for a week and we had a great time. the place is perfect for 2 families where everyone needs some space and privacy. The interior is well designed and offers a lot of space for 8 people. The place is very clean and very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the heated pool - especially because it was not very warm in Florida, but the kids spend hours in the pool. Nice neighborhood and very friendly people around. Also great location to do all the trips to the famous beaches and other cool things to do. Absolutely recommended.
