Excellent few days in AMI in a great house, close to the beach and good restaurants. Highly recommend the Porch and Sandbar for lunch or dinner and North Shore Coffee for breakfast, all walking distance. Hosts were great, very responsive and the house was faultless. The location was 10 STARS, Gulf on the Left, and Manatee River on the Right. It was a 1-minute walk to the Gulf. The Apt. was perfect, 2 bedroom with very comfortable bed and furniture. This location was easy to find and access, and our hosts were the BEST. The communication from day 1 of reserving it was fantastic. They went out of their way to help keep this a seamless and incredibly enjoyable experience. I would HIGHLY recommend them and this property is #1 for us. Carter & Ermioni
