Mahi Mahi is an excellent location. Close to the beach and all things Anna Maria.
Right now it feels private while still being close to everything on the North end of the island, but once the property next store is done with construction (which includes all day hammering currently) the space will have a neighbor looking over the back yard.
The exterior landscaping and activities are great for kids (pool, spa, putting green, ping pong, pool table) and all maintained in good condition.
The spa was our only hang-up. It is probably like most pool/spa combos, I'm just not familiar with how those operate. There is no spontaneity in sitting in the spa as it doesn't remain hot. It takes about 1.5 - 2 hours to heat up...then turns off and cools down in about 15 minutes. It was cold during our visit, so it was a little frustrating.
Overall, well maintained, great use of space, modern appliances, modern fixtures, excellent location.
I would recommend for a family with kids of any age.

Outstanding location, just a few houses from a great beach! Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The heated pool was not working during our stay due to the colder than usual temps, and this wasn’t explained to us until after booking. If anything, a heated pool SHOULD BE HEATED WHEN IT’S COLD OUTSIDE. Also, certain amenities typically found at other airbnbs were lacking, but overall we had a good time.

Our stay at this property was wonderful. Unfortunately, we arrived during a very cold spell. We even needed to turn on the heat for a few days. The heated hot tub and pool were our savor!!! We would book this property again for sure!!!
