This apartment is in an excellent location and the interior is as the photos. The terrace and terrace furniture do need attention or renewing but the views from it are amazing and probably unrivalled in Siena. The hot water system worked well for four of us and there was a constant supply. This apartment in the medieval part of Siena is furnished in that style and is in very convenient position close to a supermarket and several restaurants. We stayed four nights in the middle of may and it was at times very cold, this may have been exceptional. We found it difficult to get taxis in Siena however this is not in any way connected to the apartment. We had excellent access communications with the agency hosting the apartment and the owner and concierge were there on our arrival at the apartment

What a lovely place!
Booking through Airbnb and Graziella as agent was excellent and reliable with good communications.
Upon arrival we were greeted by the owners, a charming couple who have spent an enormous amount of love and time to create this little paradise from the ruins of an old farm.
Its location in the middle of Tuscany is ideal for daytrips to Siena (15 min), Chianti to the north (1 hour), seaside (1 1/2 hours), Montepulciano etc to the south (1-1 1/2 hours).
If you want to relax, just stay there with a book in your hand and inhale the amazing views of the Tuscany scenery.
We had our e-bikes with us and explored the countryside in the vicinity (there’s steep hills all around).

This is a beautiful property and is well described. The on-site staff are absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. We would stay here again, but wish we would have known a bit more about what to expect in regards to the house setup. So FYI:
1. Graziella is not the property manager nor the owner. She's a booking agent of sorts (but she was very helpful). When we first booked, I saw TWO listings and inquired to her about it. No response on that specific question and we booked anyway- all was good with the booking. The 2nd listing, I now assume, is by the actual property manager. FYI, if you've also noticed this.
2. Graziella offers "inclusive" food packages for $50/day. THIS IS NOT NECESSARY. We thought this was more of a true airbnb, but it's more like a hotel. 2 big houses with a bunch of individual rooms in each house. NO private kitchen, and NO personal refrigerators etc in each room/house. They have a full kitchen staff with menu's for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Full bar. It's cheaper and easier just to order as you go vs trying to pre book "inclusive food experiences". The house manager can call you drivers/taxi's as you need them as well, when you're there.
3. We booked the Safari Blu via Graziella as well. It was a fun day but everyone got sick off the food. And also there are Jelly Fish everywhere. Just baby one's but they do sting a little, if you have anyone in your group afraid of them, you'd want to know that. We were fine with it and overall it was a fun day.
And overall, we had a great time. The property is beautiful and we'd stay again. The above details are things that would have been helpful for us to know in advance.
