Beach is within easy access along the footpath. About 100m. Kids had fun in the pool as well. The 2 bedroom Ocean View apartment had great views overlooking Surfers Paradise Beach and across the waterway.

Check was good and we were very happy that we could check in much earlier than 2pm. This was great for us. The room was different to what we expected and what was shown on Airbnb website. This was a little disappointing. Location due to schoolies was great as we were still able to walk to Caville Ave about 1km but far enough away from the schoolies.

Minor issues with noisy aircon but all in all our stay was very pleasant.
