Used to wake up listening to the beautiful sounds of birds with greenery all around . Flat is open on all sides so in winters we got perfect sunshine everywhere inside. Host was excellent is maintaining and managing the property. If you get a property like this then I would never walk into a hotel. Cleaning services were perfect and guys were really very helpful. Now that we are back in Delhi we still miss the nature around us during our stay.This is one of the best location to stay in Newtown with walkable distance to all nearby shops and malls. If you are visiting North Kolkata THEN THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY. Although entire Newtown area is full of mosquitoes somehow we managed to get little less considering we were are at 3rd floor, however after evening we used to keep our windows and doors closed which is the only negative part about this area.
