Great location for getting around Nashville. The house was clean and nice, but could use more towels. Early check in fee (that was a first for me) and cleaning fee seemed a bit high.

Great place to stay for a long weekend. Lots of room for everyone to sleep and multiple bathrooms for showering and getting ready. Only a 10 minute Uber to downtown Nashville. Some cute spots nearby to grab a bite too.

We are so grateful to the folks at DC capital. When we arrived at another rental in Nashville that was subpar, we found this place online and it looked perfect for our New Years family gathering of 8. We had to pivot quickly as we had grandparents and small children! We contacted Marie on the day we needed checked in, and they turned the place over in less that two hours for us. It was clean, well stocked and perfect. They pivoted quickly, and were easy to contact and communicate with. Marie saved the day! Every couple had their own room and we were able to cook and gather together in the cozy, but big surroundings. The place is well situated and walkable to 12 South with shopping and great restaurants, and a short Uber ride from the downtown. We definitely lucked out with this house. The only thing lacking was an indoor table to sit around. There is an outdoor table that would have been perfect during warmer months. Thanks to DC capital for salvaging our trip.
