Beautiful apartment and although i couldn’t get the hob to work, i got a swift response from the team.
The only downside was the traffic noise from the bedroom so it meant that i couldn’t open the window. Although by 11 ish the traffic had slowed down

Would thoroughly recommend this luxury and modern penthouse where we spent along weekend. The property had everything one would wish for and was very spacious with two balconies and free parking. A perfect location with the town centre a 10-minute walk through the park. The host was very helpful and friendly too.

Well equipped, comfortable apartment near to Mill Road and centre of Cambridge. Easily sleeps 2 couples, each having their own bathroom (one ensuite). Living room, kitchen upstairs. Quiet location, can occasionally hear doors bang late on a Saturday night. Top floor flat; 4 flights of stairs to climb. Easy entry/exit with secure own front door. Good parking at front and rear of property although rear spaces impacted by fallen branches. If driving, there is only one way to access the property via Gwydir Street, Mill Road entrance, as some of roads are impassable. SatNav unreliable based on post code. We had an issue with the boiler losing pressure all the time (needed constant topping up which needed some technical skill) so heating the apartment was time limited. That said, the apartment heats up quickly and plenty of hot water so once fixed, there wouldn't be an issue. Overall good place to stay and communication with Ricardo faultless.
