This is an excellent place to stay when you are in the pan handle area. Located between Ft Walton Beach & Pensecola offers a variety of options from restaurants to sight seeing. The Navarre Beach is directly over the bridge ( 1 mile away ) . There are also grocery stores from 1 mile away to 3 miles away ( very close by . ) I would recommend Sum Beaches to families who want a relaxing stay by the beautiful beaches of the Gulf. P.S. There is also an area in the back that has chairs , barbecue, bag toss and other things to just relax.

This trailer cottage fit our family of 5 (all adults) well. It was clean in a quiet neighborhood. The welcome Key Lime Pie was delicious and gracious. We were visiting in the winter for a solemn occasion so unfortunately did not get to take advantage of the fun looking community space in the back yard. This would be an ideal set up for a family reunion. Our only slight complaint was that the walls were pretty thin; we could hear one another snoring and toileting. But all in all, it worked great.
