Beautiful and very clean! The views were incredible! You are so close to ocean you feel like you are on a cruise ship when you look out the patio doors! The sunsets were amazing. The third bedroom has a bunkbed, not in the description. We had teenagers so it worked out, it would not work with adults. Trouble getting in the parking garage. Download instructions they send you before you arrive- no internet service. Too many codes to get in- one for the parking garage, one for the outer gate, both doors to the house and one for the street gate. I appreciate the security measures taken but if you are not tech savvy and don’t remember codes well it is a difficult process to get in, especially if you are traveling with a group. There is also a very long one way street to get in where people drive extremely slow. If you are on vacation and have all the time in the world to drive slow stay here but if you have an impatient husband like me or need to be somewhere quickly pick somewhere else!

My family and I booked this location for new years weekend. The listing was pretty accurate, but once you get there it’s actually a unit that is to be shared. We had the part that was upstairs. You only know this after booking with them, which was inconvenient for planning. The paperwork they send afterwards had mentioned it, but not clear enough.
They expect you to list all people staying in the property before sending you codes to get in, but did not communicate that until the day of my check-in. I wish there had been more of a clear understanding because it was not a requirement to submit their additional paperwork.
The house was mice. clean and had lots of space inside. There were a few things already broken, front door glass and the pan window was missing the handle to be locked. Sent in a request for maintenance and they showed up in a decent amount of time, but found it odd that they had the handle for the window that was missing, not a new handle.
