We had an amazing spring break at this location. A short walk to the beach and right next to restaurants, grocery, gas and things to do. The house was better than the pictures. Will definitely book this location again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was great, and our group of 13 easily all had comfortable places to sleep. The pool area was great, with a shallow end for the younger kids, and a deep end for the older. We got a lot of use out of the pool and the hot tub. The house is extremely close to the beach, and it is far enough from the public area that it doesn’t get too crowded. The main shopping and restaurant area is just about 1 mile away, so close enough to walk to that part of the island as well.

I really can't say enough about this house and our experience. We have already booked for next year!! Perfect location, tucked into the back of a neighborhood, with a walking trail in back yard. Pool/Spa was incredible and SUCH a huge win for the kids. Hosts were thoughtful, personable, responsive and accommodating. We totally see our family returning to this location year after year :)

We had a wonderful time staying at 109 Dune Lane, it's a great house, so roomy, spacious and quite comfortable. It was such a pleasure having the pool and hot tub right there as you open the door!
The only point of confusion was the heating for the spa/hot tub as it was an extra fee, but worth every penny as our family used it every day we were there.
We were also just steps away from the beach, so it was perfect for early morning walks on the ocean, breakfast and lunch on the back deck, etc.
