This listing is really nice and has a lot of potential for the host to have many guest continuously. However, the current cleaning company should be changed because they put stained and some actually looked dirty bedding on the beds. We actually had to take the comforters off. We also ended up washing a few sheets and towels. There were also a pair of dirty boxers left behind on the floor in the bunk bed room. You may also want to bring bug spray we bought some at the Dollar General 3 minutes away, we had to kill about 3 that came from the restroom and out of a closet in the bunk bed room. This may have been due to a previous guest or the cleaning company not cleaning properly.
The management company was responsive & easy to contact. I do like that the listing looked exactly like the pictures. The kids enjoyed the games. We really wanted to rate 5 stars & I think guest would if the cleaning company was changed or put clean stainless bedding on and cleaned better.

Great cabin for a family. We really enjoyed our stay. Kids enjoyed the bottom floor with the games and movie room set up. We enjoyed the quiet on the top floor lol. We used the hot tub it was clean and easy to use . I really enjoyed the fire place in the living room and was easy to use. Prime location everything was close and lots to do. The only downside is not having a Mountain View but we specifically booked this cabin since we were going in Jan and from Florida we don’t have any snow experience so this would be easy to get in and out of if there was snow :).

This is by far the BEST cabin I’ve ever stayed in. The views are so breathtaking, the pictures can’t do it justice. My 15 year old son & 7 year old nephew loved their bottom floor/game room, which was a major win after the 10 hour drive to get there. 10 out of 10, BOOK IT!

House was wonderful! The indoor pool was amazing, a slight problem with it being above 100 degrees in temp, so we didn’t really utilize it for two days unfortunately.. the home had a wonderful view although the pictures aren’t updated and there is a home being built right in front and it’s a sore eye with the trash outside… the home was clean, and beds/pillows were super comfortable. It is about 30 mins from main attractions but that’s exactly what we wanted! The only other thing to note because the pictures make it seem like shampoo/body wash/hand soap/dish soap is provided it is not so make note before coming to pack and the closet store is a DG.. after booking you are directed to a app for all info on the home so I didn’t see all that info until we were already on our way, and I didn’t pack such items because I seen them in the photos.
Would suggest they leave a useable broom and one type of all purpose cleaner.. I would of loved to “clean up” after ourselves!

The view is amazing! The cabin is well laid out and feels like home. Having 3 large bathrooms is a plus. The hot tub was great and we had alot of fun hanging out down stairs playing pool listening to music on the surround sound. We come to Gatlinburg a few times a year and this cabin definitely is top 5!
