The apartment is a 3-minute walk from the metro. I felt completely safe, it's quiet, in a great neighborhood, and the building is very beautiful. The apartment is on the 4th floor, but if you don’t have large heavy suitcases, it’s not an inconvenience. Everything is easily accessible by metro or bus. Highly recommended for 1-2 people.

Only thing to note is as the door of the flat is near the building do you do occasionally get some noise from people coming in and out
Also fire alarm was constantly beeping

I had a wonderful stay at Beatrix’s flat in London. While the space is compact, it is beautifully designed, modern, and exceptionally well-organized, making it perfect for my visit. The location is truly fantastic—situated in a quiet yet vibrant area with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and shops just around the corner. Its proximity to Baker Street station is a huge advantage, making it easy to explore the city. Beatrix is an outstanding host—kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Her instructions and recommendations were clear and very useful. I will gladly stay at her place again when I return to London!
