Ele foi rápido e apresentou as funcionalidades e deixou um contato para emergencias.
O Apartamento é grande e muito bem localizado, a poucos passos de grandes restaurantes como o famoso Garota de Ipanema e Vinicius, também muito perto da praia, a 300m de distância.
O local é amplo, arejado e funcional, e fomos em uma família com 3 casais e duas crianças. Por isso, o tamanho é excelente.
Porém o apartamento está precisando de algumas reformas. Existem alguns tacos soltos e no quarto principal, o ar-condicionado não estava funcionando, mas o proprietário consertou imediatamente e dormimos muito bem.
O apartamento fica numa rua movimentada, mas muito silenciosa. A vizinhança é amistosa e cordial e existe um vigia/porteiro 24h garantindo segurança.
O bairro é seguro, com diversas opções de padarias, mercadinhos e cafés.
Não espere nada novo, mas tudo funciona muito bem.
