We had a great stay! It worked well with our family of 4 with the kids having plenty of room in the sofa bed. AC worked great. Having a washer and dryer was awesome. Location was good as it wasn’t far from downtown Kailua where all the restaurants and shops were.

This Airbnb was amazing! It had a wonderful view of the water and golf course from the patio, which was furnished with lots of comfortable patio furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and the fans and AC units were helpful to keep the place cool. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, snorkels, and umbrella to use at the beach during our stay. Would absolutely recommend this place and this host who was very organized and clear with her communication.

Well stocked with backups for cleaning. Views great, we just got home and the whole family misses the sound of waves so much. Grounds well maintained, pool heated but on cool side, but great. Green flash cafe practically next door was amazing. We’d love to own a condo here! Snorkeling nearby was phenomenal. Lanai was lovely and great size. Don’t like the neighboring apt pool below bc they don’t follow the same rules as Alii Villas but the waves and ocean breezes helped. Also being on 3rd floor you can see so much more than what 1st floor can! We don’t use TV so can’t judge that or AC so we didn’t miss that. Ocean breezes ought to make everyone happy. Sunset this time of year couldn’t quite be seen from lanai but can from the overlook outside which was lovely! Love the artwork in condo too so much that we sought out the artist and had two pieces shipped home. We will absolutely book with Dawn again! We will also refer friends who saw all our pictures!
