We would stay at Jan’s place again. It was comfortable, quiet, and clean. There were plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans and mixing bowls. Upstairs was a washer/dryer. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows were available.

Honest review with pros/cons and some good tips/heads up for future guest. Pros: Views. There is not a bad view. Great pool, easy access to the beach and the entire building is well maintained. Food and coffee walking distance. Easy/great parking. This condo is well maintained, clean and has the basic necessities (mostly). She let us check in very early which was amazing!
The building will offer beach chair/umbrella service where they set them out for you daily. I have stayed in another condo in this building and assumed this one would have it complimentary as well, but it does not. ZERO beach chairs, beach towels, shampoo/conditioner, clothing detergent, coffee (grounds or kcup), mixing bowls, nothing for kids (packnplay, beach toys etc) and no extra toilet paper and paper towels (besides the one roll per provided). For tall folks , beware the low light fixtures. We had to boil our water for two days (utility maintenance) and wasn’t offered water or any resolution (offer would be nice
