The house is nicer and bigger than I expected, which was great! Lots of space and well stocked for us and also having family over.
The letting company seem a little inflexible, wouldn't allow an early check-in/check-out even though it didn't look like any other bookings. We had asked to drop our luggage off an hour early, and that was not even possible. They also ask you to bring your own things like tea towels, hand soap, etc., which is not ideal when you are travelling internationally. We did actually find the house fairly well stocked with hand soap and tea towels, etc. so I think this is their standard communication.
The only other thing to note is that apart from the main bedroom (which my in laws used), the beds are very small and shaky. In the second bedroom, the bed is at best a double (by North American standards), which I find insufficient for two adults, so sleeping arrangement were a bit tricky!
