Wagtail is a really special spot. The interior of the shepherds hut is very cleverly considered and well appointed. Everything is high quality; from the materials, to the fittings, to the towels and generously provided treats. The MVP is the free-standing copper bathtub, which is luxuriously large and situated under a big sky light for stargazing. We were practically amphibious by the end of our stay. We had a very rainy few days but never felt anything other than cosy and sheltered, and when the skies did briefly clear on our last night, New Years Eve, the canopy of stars was staggering.
