Der Empfang durch den Concierge Bernardo war perfekt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, geräumig, gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strom wird extra verrechnet, also Vorsicht bei exzessiven Nutzen wirds teuer. Die ganze Anlage ist gepflegt und sicher. Der Pool sehr schön, das Wasser nur recht kalt. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Alles in Playa del Carmen zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert.

We had a great time at this apartment. The pictures are accurate and the apartment is extremely quiet, despite being close to the happening part of the town. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets were provided. They also provided a free large 5 gallon container of drinking water. we were careful with our electric usage with AC and as a result, we only had an overage of like US $10, but they graciously waived that for us. There is a slight problem in the upstairs bathroom with water leaking out of the shower area, which they really should try to fix because it appears to be an ongoing issue. Other than that, I think this is a great apartment!

It’s a basic unit in a nice building.
I wish Liliana would have disclosed that they were constructing a brand new building with a construction site with 20 feet of our ground floor unit. 6 days a week from 8am to 6pm was nothing but jack hammering, cement trucks and forklifts right outside the living room and bedroom.
On other nights, the night clubs would play music until 6am so there were nights with absolutely no sleep.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Lage war super, da die Anlage sehr ruhig gelegen ist, dennoch lief man nur 10 min. bis zum Strand und zur Fußgängerzone ins Zentrum. Die Wohnung bot 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer und eine Gästetoilette. Die Schlafzimmer waren großzügig geschnitten, ebenso der Wohnraum (1 schöne, sehr gemütliche Couch). Es gab 2 TV´s (einen im Wohnraum, ein 2. befand sich in einem der Schlafzimmer). Der Wohnraum ging über zur offenen Küche. Einen langgezogenen Balkon gab es mit Blick auf den Pool. Die gesamte Anlage ist ein Traum mit viel Grün, sehr ordentlich & sauber. Bei der Wohnung hatten wir anfangs einige Beanstandungen, die aber schnell behoben wurden. Ebenso die "Putzkolonne", die zwei Mal in dem Reisezeitraum kam, war sehr schnell und gründlich. Alles in allem top und wir würden wiederkommen! Danke!!!
