The team is very responsive and friendly.
It's on the 4th floor but there is a lift so no issue with the luggage.
The bed is comfortable.
Two little drawbacks:
Upon arrival, I was told that I needed to pay for electricity. Since it wasn't mentioned in the airbnb ad I refused to do so. On checkout they didn't end up asking for anything so I don't know if there was a miscommunication at check in or something but maybe clear it with them while booking to be extra sure.
The room isn't very soundproof so depending on who the neighbours are it might get a little noisy, however I didn't hear much noise at night so I guess everyone was considerate of others.
Overall nice safe location and pretty decent apartment, I didn't have any issues during my 3 weeks stay, wouldn't mind staying there again.
