We had the most wonderful weekend celebrating our anniversary. Being in the hot tub during the snow storm was like being in a snow globe. Can’t wait to visit again!
★★★★★
Great stay- will definitely look into returning during the summer months as Lake Michigan is just a short drive! Beautiful house and private area, lots to do in surrounding area I.e. Crystal mountain skiing, Frankfort small town restaurants and bookstores, and more.

Lovely floor plan, and delightful sailor decor. The three season enclosed porch is great for that morning cup of coffee, even in the winter!

Awesome, the guys loved it and right down the road from the rink.

My husband and I rented this for a little winter get away. The home is on a beautiful plot of land and the surroundings are peaceful and quiet.
The home itself is an older home and felt like we were staying at a family member’s cabin. It was cozy and clean enough (again we know this is an older home and with that comes some charm). The one thing that I will say is that the water that comes out of the faucets have a very strong iron smell to them. We brought our own water so this was not a big deal, but worth noting. You will smell iron while showering.
The hot tub was wonderful, the views amazing and the beds comfy. The location is close enough to necessities but far enough out you feel like you’re secluded. We took a trip to Traverse City one day and the drive wasn’t bad at all.
Overall I would recommend and we would absolutely stay again. We loved sitting and staring out the window at the snow flakes coming down and peacefully reading.
