I just had the most amazing weekend celebrating my 50th birthday with my family at the beach here. This house is awesome. It is big, yet comfortable. The open space allowed us to be cooking & serving food & drinks at the island, playing games at the dining room table, holding conversations in the turning chairs by the windows & gathering on the cozy sofa all at the same time. The bedrooms & common areas offer a nice retreat. The balcony views over the bay are gorgeous. For a cooler weather visit, the heated bathroom floors, gas fireplace & hot tub are lifesavers. Can’t wait to come back - our entire family LOVED it. Bob was an excellent host - quick to respond with clear instructions. Very kind. THANK YOU for everything!!

Great place to stay for a trip to OC! Quick access to the boardwalk and there’s an entrance to the beach right outside the pool patio. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large, living room was super spacious, kitchen had all the basic necessities for cooking in the room. The host was quick with responses for any questions I had!
