La persona de la recepción de Impals, muy mal educada. En el documento de contrato del alojamiento, especifica que se cobraran 0€ de fianza, y al recoger las llaves nos obligan a pagar 150€. Lo que le indicamos que si se trata de un error suyo que asuma las consecuencias, y nos amenaza de que si no pagamos, no nos deja entrar en el alojamiento. Debido a esto, ya la información de entrada y salida del aparatamento... fue escasa y mal explicada.
