Daily construction noise from the opposite hillside 0800-1600 greatly disturbed us. We couldn’t relax outside at all.
The apartment block is recently constructed but noise insulation between apartments is not the best.
We were also a bit disappointed on arrival at maintenance standards (our expectations were set high from the photos and the rental cost). Decor looks tasteful but the sofabed was poor quality and was dirty, stained and torn in one place (there was other evidence that the owners have a dog). Kitchen drawers were dirty inside. A kitchen electrical socket was loose and bedside tables and lamps were wobbly, bathroom wall mirror light didn’t work.
It's on a narrow hilly residential road. No restaurants or shops in safe walking distance -car is essential.
Bram & Pu were responsive & did their best to sort out an issue for us. They sent us very clear instructions to find the apartment
