Localização perfeita para quem quer turistar pelo RJ, perto de muitos pontos turísticos, fizemos tudo de uber a preço bem em conta, próximo da praia de copacabana e do arpoador, todo caminho feito a pé e muito próximo do apartamento, vista frontal do apartamento muito boa para a praia de copacabana, muitos restaurantes no entorno, todas opções de gastronomia, o apartamento foi reformado, com chuveiros bons, TV's de Led, internet, cozinha muito boa, máquina de lavar roupas tudo ok, condomínio antigo, mas luxuoso, piscina impecável, somente com fechamento muito cedo as 17hrs, único ponto negativo foi que os aparelhos de ar condicionado eram muito antigos, aparelhos de janela, sendo que o da sala estragou dias antes do nosso fim das estádia e o ar de um dos dormitórios tmb estava funcionando mas não gelando muito.
