My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. The view was incredible, and the shuttle bus conveniently picked us up right at the front door for our ski trips. However, I do want to clarify the parking situation for future guests. The listing mentions two parking spots at the unit and an 'overflow lot,' which might suggest multiple additional spots. In reality, there is only one extra spot in the overflow lot, and you need to pick up a pass for it at the Loon Reservation office (something we only found out after calling to ask). Given that the Airbnb accommodates up to 11 guests, having only three total parking spots during peak ski season can be challenging—especially when guests are traveling separately due to work schedules AND packing cars with ski/snowboard gear, food, luggage, etc. We ended up parking extra cars at the Loon Reservation office. Overall, we loved our stay, but better clarification on parking in the listing would be helpful for future visitors.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house didn’t feel cramped with 2 adults, three teenagers and a one-year old plus our two dogs. There was plenty of space and the bedrooms were all very roomy. The two bathrooms are perfect. The little back porch is completely fenced in which was great for the dogs. The couches had additional covers which was awesome too. We kept saying how we loved our stay and would stay again. The drive to look is maybe 10 minutes and very doable.
★★★★★
Great condo close to Loon, Cannon, and Waterville valley ski areas. The condo itself was new, clean, and very convenient for families. Pool and hot tub in the community center was an added perk. Would come here again for sure
★★★★★
Perfect for a trip with two families. Space for everyone to feel comfortable. Perfect living room, dining room space.
We really enjoyed our trip!

We would stay here again! Building and room was clean. Small kitchenette was just enough. Pool/hot tub could use some TLC but was still good to go in each night after a long ski day. The bus that brings you to/from Loon was great! Location is close enough to walk to a few restaurants if you don't want to drive due to a snow storm like we did 2 nights.
