Very cute place with a wonderful oceanfront location, good for families. The only problem was not enough linen and not vacuumed well - pet hair behind and under the sofas, and it seems that comforters are never washed. It would be so much better if it had been thoroughly cleaned and if amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, sink sponges enough for the guest's stay would be provided--that is such a little expense but means a lot to the guest.

We enjoyed the house and Oak Island. Perfect house for a large family , 5 bedrooms , large kitchen and dining room, great covered porches with awesome views. Easy walks to the beach or restaurants. Friendly neighborhood. Short drive to Southport and Wilmington.
