Sono stato ospite da Smartments per quattro notti. L'edificio è in una zona ben collegata (letteramente a 20 metri da una fermata dell'S3) e a pochi passi da più supermercati. L'appartamento era piccolo, accogliente e pulito. Il sapone per i piatti e qualche pastiglia per la lavastoviglie sono forniti dallo staff. la doccia è abbastanza ampia, l'acqua si scalda in fretta (il che non è scontato) e il personale è molto disponibile. Le uniche note negative sono la zona che, seppur comunque tranquilla, non sia bellissima a livello estetico (essendo di fianco ad una stazione) e il fatto che viene fornito il sapone per i piatti, ma nessuna spugna.
Consiglio questi appartamenti a chi vuole passare qualche giorno a Berlino e vuole stare in una zona ben collegata ma un po' decentrata e soprattutto, che non vuole stare dietro ad orari e vincoli per il check in e il check out (entrambi molto semplici ed intuitivi, tutti tramite app).

My stay here was absolutely amazing. I woke up every day feeling very fresh within a clean environment with a clean and bright room, along with an amazing view looking over the town and the train tracks, which shows the trains of Berlin passing by. What made my stay unique was one staff member, Zara. The receptionist who made sure I got into my room earlier than check in which made everything so much better, she always greeted me with a smile whilst passing by and we had great chats. She is an asset to the company. The Cafe/Shop in the lobby is a great addition that offers amazing refreshments and a nice cappuccino in the mornings. I highly recommend Smartments Karlshorst/Berlin and I will be sure to return.
