The room had a window AC unit and a comfortable chair in the room with plenty of space in the pantry and guest fridge. Bathroom was shared but hardly even noticed.
There were other guests in that were in this house but I rarely saw them.
Host was available and answered questions promptly and helped when needed.
I would saw this place was a solid economical choice for someone not to picky that is looking for a safe place to stay. I would stay here again if I was in the area.
