I wasn't provided with the code for the gate and the building in advance, so upon arrival I had to wait for about half an hour after a long flight which was a shame, but otherwise communication has ben good. Friendly host who is good at communicating.
Internet is a bit slow, but it works. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher.
I stayed there for 2,5 weeks and really enjoyed it.
Firstly Nowhere was mentioned that we not allowed to smoke on Balcony, The agent had to inform us.
No communication regarding check in and that we must meet our agent there (after i did spoke to the owner the morning) and when the agent got there not all our guests details was on the system after I've send everything.
Sure it was the owner but she was rude to the agent i could hear she said " i did ask her to send" but she obviously missed it. after all my paperwork she replied "Thank you" because she missed something its not nice to make it the other people`s fault.
The agent was very nice Nora was her name.
We missed our reservation for dinner because of the check in progress wasn`t clear and had to wait.
