This place lives up to my expectations. The host was very friendly and responsive and made me at ease when making the reservation. The view was spectacular and they kept their place very clean. It was very convenient to get around. Lots of eateries and stores. Definitely recommend!!

Our stay was lovely. The front desk staff were great. Very responsive and apologetic when one of the rooms was out of commission. Unfortunately the repair took quite a while and I had to find another accommodations for my wedding guest. I hope that I will be compensated for that. Location is the best with our without renting car! We had couple issue but the best part was how fast the find a solution I will def trust any Airbnb that capital Jetset manage for sure, sleeping with the wave sound was amazing, shops and restaurants super close! I will def give 5 stars again because their service was above and beyond! The issue that we had was with a courtain and they sent somebody to fix it super fast, the keyfob was missing but they manage with the security to give us a vip attention and they were so attentive. We will def come back.

Our group of 12 had a great time in San Juan. We rented the entire home and it was perfect for us. Everyone or couple had their own room (some bigger, some smaller) and each had their own bath... a big plus when staying for an extended time. The kitchen was well-equipped, very clean. We were greeted with some nice wine and a basket of snacks, & we had room enough to be together or separate as wanted. The courtyard was a special area for all to gather in, whether to use the pool, have cocktails or just be together. Capital Jetset was very responsive to any questions/concerns, and they seemed like a well-oiled machine. Pool was clean (pool cleaners came midweek). We had an issue of no hot water in shower, but again, Capital Jetset was very responsive and accommodating. Also, the house was located in a very nice neighborhood, and very well located. Close to airport, different beaches, restaurants, shopping, Condado. We would recommend this house for your group. Have fun!!
